Money Bets reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

If a valid balance exists at the time of permanent closure and there is no reason of terms violation, that balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to fraud or prohibited activity, all balances will be forfeited.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned subject to verification.
